Review for Stonebrook Apartments

I lived here for about 8 months and within these 8 months, my car got broken into. I was constantly getting letters from the office stating that something had be stolen or vandalized. As for security. Pfft. Yeah, sure. One person that sits in a yellow sports car for an hour then goes home is really going to scare people away!!! Go get 'em, tiger!

As for the apartment itself, they repaint the walls to cover up the holes in the walls, then charge you for the holes that were already there and to repaint when you move out. The apartments are tiny, everything works at first then it all just goes to crap. It's sort of like buying a used car that runs perfect on the test drive but two weeks down the road you find yourself stuck with a lemon. The foul smells from other apartments around me would leak into my apartment and linger.

Forget telling the office about any problems because they will not do anything about them.

My recommendation is to stay as far away from this place as possible.
