great place to live. would refer people. old appliances for the money you pay. decent electric bill. neighbors were awesome very quiet. staff was helpfull. the problems i had-- ants, old appliances and bad carpet. VERY safe oh yeah there are a lot of cats. asigned parking sometimes people took my space i would leave a note on their car and if it wasnt moved in 24 hours i would tow it. parking is limited
