To Bluff Or Not To Bluff

Rented: From 2002 To 2003

Second floor, vaulted ceilings, fireplace. On corner of W. Hefner Rd. and Macarthur Blvd. Quite a bit of traffic and so pretty noisy. Not too well insulated. A/C runs a lot in the summer. Water paid with rent. Trash pick-up provided. Gated community. Security on property. Overated for the price.
