Rented: From 2003 To 2003

I chose this complex due to it being gated and having a security system. Their demo unit was also great looking.

When I went to move-in, they gave me a run down apartment. The carpet needed to be replaced, the cabinet was flaking apart in the master bath (made out of particle board and it got wet at some point), it has bad air leaks throughout, and it takes forever to get them to fix things.

In addition to this, the person on staff that had me fill out all the paperwork had no clue what she was doing. She forgot to have me fill out some forms. I had to go back a 2nd time to finish. They also made me turn in the punch list before they left my apartment. Most complexes give you a few days to do this since you hardly ever see everything that's wrong the 1st day.

Luckily I only signed a 7 month lease. As soon as it's up I'm moving.
