Apartment Review for Brookwood Village Apartments

I thought the apartment was nice and the staff was very helpful.
I was sceduled to move in on March 15, 2012. I was on the waiting list for 2 weeks and once the apartment became availible I had already found a better deal. The staff changed tunes fast. They would not return my deposite and I never stepped foot in the apartment. The following week they rented the aptment out to someone else and got another 200 dollar deposite from the next tenant.

Warning once the deposite is paid you will not receive it back.
