Rented: From 2004 To 2005

the old staff of greystar property management Houston, Tx. was the pitts. totally un responsive to the simple needs of the tenants. the buildings and grounds do not support the rates that they charge. that was maxine (the out of touch warden) and her bunch. the new bunch from tipton real estate management Houston, Tx is not much better. watch your valuables, do not let the employees in your apt without you being present. if any ongoing security measures are in place to protect the tenants and belongings they will not share it with you. simple maint request forget it, most any request forget it, well maybe 3 months later. glad when my lease is up. By the way this property is in the possession of nvhv National Volunteer Health Foundation
