Review for Cambridge Landing Apartments

Have you ever had a recurring nightmare, where your surroundings spiral out of control, and although you try to make changes or help yourself, it seems you are moving in slow motion, or your mouth is moving, but you have no voice? It's not a nightmare. You've moved into Cambridge Landing Apartments. We had no problems with the previous management (although I hear some did). Apparently the current management placed via The Tipton Group has no problems either, because they simply ignore them when they arise. Simple fix-its - forget it, at least for four to five weeks, if ever. Vandalism, theft, pet potty in the grass meant for children to play in, drugs, domestic disputes shamelessly displayed in front of the entire community, you name it - we got it. Unless of course, you ask the management. From their cozy office with beautiful furniture and working climate control and bathrooms, the rest of the apartment cares must seem to melt away; and surely they can't hear their own adult children, who routinely make scenes having loud parties past 10 pm, while the rest of us can hear one another flossing teeth, either through the walls or drafty windows. In short, the staff was given a decently maitained property in good order, and has run it into a chaotic, disorganized, thoroughly unpleasant hole in the ground, managed (or un-managed) by rude, snappy, listless people with zero positive person-to-person skills. Perhaps Tipton just wants a failed business tax write off. We will never resign a lease here, and suggest no one sign in the future. There are plenty of other beautiful, reasonably priced apartments in the area without the crime, trash and extremely poor management qualities found here.
