1. Flexibility without compromising the mandates of rental
agreement standards;
2. Professional office staff;
3. Friendly without partiality or favoritism;
4. Prompt attention to repair requests;
5. Even with the counterweight of an imperfect
world. I would also give Cambridge Landing Apartments
a rating of 10 for integrity and for a place to live.
I Just rented a Studio apartment From Cambridge Landing, What sold Me and my Fiance' was the mirrored wall in the living room. Very spacious closets were na plus too. Two pools, Two laundry facilities, a volley ball court, and a fitness center, What more could you ask for in an apartment complex.
Well I havn't lived here long but the time I have my sink was leeking and I don't know if they forgot but i had to call back twice for them to come fix it. I didn't want anyone in my apartment without me there. Also a big problem when I did my laundry my panties got stolen twice out of the washer...ewww ewww ewwwww....so that kinda freaks me out...HOW BOUT SOME CAMERA'S!! I live on the bottom floor and i guess the walls are just really thin because i can hear every step the dude upstairs makes...even him pee sometimes...yeah...so but other then that im pretty satisfied.....My boyfriend stays with me a lot so i feel safe but if he wasnt there..with someone stealing my panties i dont know if someone is stalking me or what.....thats kinda like a sex crime..i told management and they didnt do anything abou it....CAMERAS!!!!! <P>
This web site is totally effed. The review you see below is for the Hunt, across the street from Cambridge Landing. I posted this review under the Hunt, but my review of Cambridge Landing got deleted & replaced with the Hunt review. However, my Hunt review also appears to be listed under the Hunt. Now that I'm editing the Cambridge Landing review that the website has screwed up, I wouldn't be surprised to see it replace the valid Hunt review. No wonder there aren't more reviews on here.
Overall, a decent place, but avoid the apts west of the office that face 89th St. These apts have too much traffic noise & are quite drafty during the winter due to facing north w/out anything to block the wind. Security, grounds, & maintenance are great, especially compared to the hellhole across the street, Cambridge Landing. Since you pay electric, mgmt doesn't care if appliances are old & inefficient, as long as they still work. If they put new carpet in before you move in, they may spring a new carpet form on you the day you move in--don't sign it. The lease already covers damages above the deposit, so the form is not needed, & since you already have a lease, you don't have to sign it to move in. Don't be intimidated into signing it. No problems so far with noisy neighbors, visitors, or trespassers. The management & ownership have been the same for a long time compared to most apartment complexes. Not quite as nice as its neat appearance would lead you to believe, but a good place overall. By the way, when I looked up my review to see if it had been posted, the city was shown as Brooklawn NJ in the apt info field. No idea why. It's in Oklahoma City.
I live at Cambridge Landing and I love it. The area is great and I know that they have made a lot of changes around the complex. The staff has changed and they are having to clean up a lot of things that weren't being attended to. I of course was very upset with some of the changes and had to call the office to complain about some notices, but the office staff was very understanding and helpful. I think that some of the other people who worked there didn't know what they were doing and now the new staff have a big mess to clean up.
