Apartment Reviews for Chaparral Townhouses - Oklahoma City

The apartments seen great improvement since a couple of years. Management is very friendly and helpful but will not tolerate if you lie, don't upkeep your apartment, if you're loud and break the rules. The grounds are well kept, apartments in fairly good shape and maintenance is keeping the place in good shape. People are friendly and if you mind your own business you will live in good peace. Security patrol is in place at night and the rules against trespassing and people hanging out are enforced. There's no loud music or parties / drinking, etc. If you're a good person here's the place for you. If you have problems following the apartment rules don't ever think to come close to this place - you will be warned a couple of times than evicted if you break the rules. Downside - no pets are accepted. I would recommend this to anyome who is serious and looking for a good community.
