Review for Crosswinds/Cove Apartments

THIS PLACE IS A MAJOR DUMP. i have lived in a bunch of apartments since i have been on my own since i was 17, and by far this is the worst. the staff is rude. they don't do anything. it takes minimum 5-7 phone calls to get any repairs done. they have no empathy. my apartment is full of water spots and cracks in the ceiling that they refuse to fix. i have told them several times that if their leasing office looked like my apartment, they wouldn't lease one apartment. i live with 10 mins of hot water in the shower every day because they never could seem to fix my hot water heater. there is no parking. they recently converted to allow section 8 and so there is always a screaming and yelling fight. this place is completely overpriced and a major DUMP. don't be fooled by the pretty office. take it from someone who lived there for two and half years. i was recently told by the lady, and i use that term loosly, in the office that if i could find something better for a better price to move, and guess what, I DID AND I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THE HELL OUT!!!
