Apartment Review for Heritage Oaks Apartments

when i first movd here,i thot,very cozy efficient apt,cheap lite bill(30$every month $50 in the winter),and affordable rent.but all good things come with a catch as i later found out that these were the ghetto-ist apts. in okc! about 80% of the tenants were crackaddicts or drug dealers it was very frustrating to go outside 2 smell the smell of crack smoke in the air & breezeways(the tenants were getting high with their windows open for everybody 2 smell),i also ran into an old high school associate when i thot 2 myself she doesnt look 2 good, come to find out,she was strung out and crackd out and seemd to not be ashamd. and wen i came home from work one night i was followed by a group of zombie crackheads while walkin to my door,very scary! then they hhired this big scary looking woman to manage the apts and it turned out that she had people selling drugs there too! these apts were full of drama,drugs,and broken dreams when the owners of these apts FINALLY sold the apts,they kicked out/relocated everybody and even tho i got 2 know a 1 or 2 of the people who also lived here,i was sooo happy that somebody did something about it becuz 2 many ppl were too scared to call the police to patrol the area if it didnt look safe...r.i.p. heritage oaks
