Apartment Review for Heritage Park Apartments

Truthfully, when we first moved in, we thought it was great. Then we found out one day after a building caught on fire, that it had been the 5th fire in that year! Not to mention it takes maintnance almost a week to get over here to fix anything. Plus the office doesn't answer the phone for at least the last 20 mins. that they are open.
