You will have access to private parking in your own garage along with designer appliances inside the apartments to include a washer and dryer not to mention multiple floor plans to choose from.

I've only lived here 2 months and have already had two dryers replaced, (they were burning holes in my clothes, and cost me over 100 dollars worth of damage.) My kitchen drain backs up, and the blade sounds like it's going to shoot out, my shower makes the most annoying squeek, and after waiting two months on a part to come it it still drips giving me low water pressure, it's a guessing game on when my outles are going to work, as well as my air. I was lied to about my carpets being cleaned before I moved in and I'm constantly running across the last tenants tacks, and medicine in little creveses in my closet. The place is nice, sure.. but it's not worth the money or frustration of dealing with the incompetent, careless staff.

I love living here. It is definitely my favorite apartment! I feel really safe as a single girl living here especially with the garage being so well lit with cameras. I have no noise problems and I have been here a year. I am ready for the summer so I can use the pool!

I have lived her since the complex has opened. I have lived downtown for the past three years and have come to accept the fact that parking is very limited. The young lady who leased the apartment to me was very clear about the garage parking. I like the fact there is a private parking garage with assigned parking next to my apartment.
As for the first review... I am confused. Do they not want to have assigned parking and end up on the other side of the complex when they come home to park or come home to a full garage because of their neighbors "dinner party".
