Rented: From 2003 To 2004

My husband and I lived here for almost two years and moved last summer. The apartments look pretty nice but they are not in a very safe neighborhood. My husbands car was broken into, as well as 3 other cars in our section all within a week. The security is hardly ever to be found! There was even a woman who was raped right before we moved out. One night we think we even heard gunshots in the parking lot. We didn't feel safe at all.
We never had a problem with maintence. They always fixed our problems the very same day and were pretty nice to us. However, our apartment became infested with earwigs and wolf spiders, even after having our apartment sprayed. There are a couple of the staff members who are nice and helpful but some are down right rude and a little lazy.
If you are looking to move to the OKC area, I would highly suggest living in Edmond.
