I don't know where in this area the other reviewers lived but in my building, I never hear my neighbors and the only noise I tend to get annoyed by is the lawn mower which seems to mow a lot more than a normal person would. *LoL*

It's a step or two up from my last apartment back in MN and I really like it here.

Sure, it took maintenance a couple days to get to our place after they said they'd be there but I understand that there are priority lists when it comes to that type of stuff.

I've noticed a cop car in the parking lot and I assume a OKC police officer lives here and it makes it a little more reassuring. :)

Not to mention, our electric bill has yet to go over 100 and we were told when we moved in that average is 100.

Only thing I don't like is that they don't do free cable any more, it seems. (Saw it mentioned on another review.)
