Rented: From 2008 To 2009

When we moved in which was in May there was a leak under the kitchen sink that had rotted out the board from the previous tenants who didn't report it. We notified maintenance and it was fixed the next day. We did have a roof leak shortly after the first one which took a while to get fixed due to the lack of organization of the staff but they are very nice and helpful. The carpet was new and the place looked good. Being a townhouse you get your own garage and driveway so it was like having a house.

Mason's Landing is on the same street as a senior living area so there is Securitas that drives around at night which made me feel safe. The grounds are well kept and there is a pool that is great since the community is so small it's never crowded. Nice, quiet, friendly nieghborhood. The only reason I moved is because my fiance and I bought a house otherwise I would have stayed for more than a year.
