Apartment Review for Montclair Parc

Plusses: good and generally safe neighborhood. gated community. many available floorplans with garage or carport options. pet friendly. across the street from a nice park. lots and lots of parking. great access to shopping. mostly decent neighbors. responsive to interior maintenance problems.

Minuses: grounds maintenance could be better (trash, dog poo, pigeon droppings, sweeping). Front desk is so/so on helpful.
