Hundreds of Dogs. Tenants do not pick up dog crap. The gym is in the worst shape and all the equipment is torned and broken, not safe. Thousands of Pigeon and birds to wake you in the morning before 6a.m.. Constantly fighting with birds. Small birds living in your indoor laundry vent. You will hear claws in the early morning. You do not need a alarm clock. You will have a high utility bill for using your indoor dryer due to no ventilation. Bird nest in the vents. The grounds underneath your stairway is always dirty & nasty. Always Keep a can of ant spray on stand-by. The secured gate is always broken...Big Very Big Joke. The tenants drive in and out of complex like crazy people. Watch your children. The cleanest place on the complex is the manager office. Big Show. Before you make the decision to move here. Watch the dog lovers leave dog crap on the grounds without picking up."Sad" Very nasty place. Keep a broom on your patio at all times...everyday you will be sweeping pigeon dropping. Can't wait for lease to expire. No class/Low class...Someone who cares about future tenants. Don't be sold by the smiling faces in the office.
