With that said, the "Lavish Living" as mentioned by the staff of PPA on the internet, is full of senic views of the capitol, crack dealing gangbangers, and a plethura of crack addicted, aids ridden fiends, or "neighbors" as you would be able to call them if you are lucky enough to gain vacancy. This highly exclusive housing set boasts the membership of a number of single mothers who let their near infant children roam literally unattended in the streets, a scandelous maitnence staff that will rob you blind, if the other residents dont first and AMERICAN SECURITY, who are smart enough to know to only drive thru once an hour, and not stop at all.. you cant blame them, the last security company quit because their gaurds were getting shot at on a daily basis...
