Apartment Reviews for Park Place Apartments - Oklahoma City

I have lived or 2 1/2 yrs. now. I don't know how the previous owners were but the people who it now are not bad people. So far every year they hold and pay for a Christmas Dinner and a cookout in the summer and have a Ice Cream social. The maintenance team have never stolen from me and always come to fix whatever I may be having trouble with promptly upon requesting a work order. The owners have never been anything but kind to each and everyone they come across here at the apts.
The police are out here alot more than I would prefer but it nice to know that they will come if needed. There are people who live in my building that have been here 10 yrs. and up. I am white and have also never had any trouble with my neighbors (majority of whom are black). My sons, however are not too pleased that I live here. But overall I like it here at Park Place Apts.
