Apartment Review for Quail Springs Condominiums

I SO AGREE WITH YOU, AND GUESS WHAT THE HOA DUES HAVE WENT UP THESE PEOPLE ARE CRAXY!!!

These condo's are the most unprofessional money stealing condo's ever. They have not fixed anything since I have moved into them. I love the inside of my condo dont get me wrong, but the outside looks like SH***. The management sucks and is unprofessional. They just raised our HOA dues to claim they are trying to fix things in our complex, wrong they are seriously pocketing our money. The place looks like crap I am embarrassed to the extreme. BB is the manager and she is so disrespectful,unprofessional, and does NOT DO HER **** JOB!!! I refuse to give them what they have asked us to give them which is an additional $35 a mth for what? plus raised our HOA dues, and recreation dues then wants and extra $35. NOPE NOPE!! They are using that money for there own benefit, and I am not going to acceptable to that at all. This place needs knew management as well as board members cause the people we have now is doing a crappy job. I really would like to get them out of there ASAP. I want someone to investigate these condos and really go over the bylaws with a complex meeting with investigators. There is no real accountability for what is going on here and we got to get to the bottom of it. They are ruining our homes, and taking advantage of us. Not going to TOLERATE this **** no more.
