Review for Riverchase Apartments

i lived here, and it was the worst time of my entire life!!! horrible, disgusting place, very uncomfortable place to live. there was a fight outside our building that resulted in cops AND an ambulance. and it was ADULTS THAT WERE FIGHTING!!!!! it was something about GUNS. yes, GUNS. i also had four or five MEN come knocking at my door at THREE OCLOCK IN THE MORNING! do you think they were stopping by to say hi? i doubt it! im so glad i didnt answer. (i was up because of work) LORD only knows what would have happened if i opened my door! trust me, they did NOT look friendly. the pool was almost ALWAYS disgusting. the only nice thing is the office.. its pretty and they have nice flowers outside.. and we had ONE nice neighbor. (an elderly woman, i feel so bad for her if she still lives there!) we smelled weed all the time.. music was ALWAYS blaring. and my room mates car was BROKEN INTO! they ripped out the entire dash board, and stole his cd player, face plate, cds and other items. and guess what? NOT A SINGLE PERSON HEARD OR SAW ANYTHING! isnt that funny? there are ALWAYS people coming and going EVERY NIGHT AND DAY. but somehow not a single person saw anything. car alarms go off nightly (and daily), dogs bark constantly (and im a dog lover!), its a very disturbing place. oh and the gates around this community worked for ONE WEEK during the entire time i lived here! ONE WEEK! and they never fixed them. as far as i know, they STILL havent fixed it! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! do NOT live here! you will regret it!

I think this person was a fired assistant manager. just drop in and you will see that it is not true. It is sad that some folks have to talk like that.
