If you like living with prostitutes, gangs, drug dealers, and plenty of roaches, these are the apartments for you. Everything here is in Spanish, no one speaks English (except whatever person they've decided to let play manager each month), and the tenants are nice enough to inform you that this is a Mexican neighborhood and that you should probably leave. There are drunken parties every night with plenty of blasting ranchero music. Hope you don't want to go outside, because there's always broken beer bottles and tons of used and discarded feminine hygiene products everywhere. The problems here are so bad that security and management have just given up. Every apartment is covered in roach excrement, and the management's idea of pest control is a can of raid. DO NOT move here under any circumstances, but especially if you have kids.
