Apartment Reviews for Preston Lakes - Owasso

I have lived at Preston Lakes for quite some time. I have only had minor issues which were immediately taken care of and done right the first time. The staff is extremely friendly and take personal concern to make sure they are doing everything they can to make the living experience the best possible for residents. I highly recommend this complex.

P.S. To the reviewer complaining about rent increases: I believe rent increases at 99.9% of complexes in this market. If it doesn't, there is a problem. Rental rates are mostly set by supply and demand. If demand is causing a rental decrease, there is something fundamentally going in the wrong direction at the complex. Please move in to a complex and have your rent decrease. See what happens next. You will most likely have something go terribly wrong in the apartment or the complex and be stuck in a lease you can't get out of easily.

If you want to move into Preston Lakes, don't be set on the rental rates you were told by the office! Be prepared for rates to increase by your next lease renewal! Sure, it's luxurious but isn't space a little more important? We started paying a 1 bedroom at $680 and now we're forced to pay $745!!! It's not worth it, plus parking is VERY limited! So for all of you who have evening jobs, GOOD LUCK! The neighborhood says it is gated BUT the gate is broken half the time anyway. So yea - it's your choice. If you're working a decent job, you might be able to afford such a place. But warning *** RATES WILL INCREASE!!!!!

For anyone who is looking for an apartment in the Tulsa/Owasso are you should definitely consider Preston Lakes! I have lived here pretty much since they first opened a couple of years ago. I have had a great experience overall. There are some cons but the pros make up for them! The parking isn't that great, but lets face it, it's an apartment complex... if you wanted your own parking, live in a house. The noise is average. I have lived in several different apartments, and again, I think this is just apart of apartment living. If you want no noise around you, live in a house. The girls in the office are extremely professional, friendly, and always glad to help if needed. The maintenance is great too! Anytime I have ever had an issue, they are usually right over within the day. No complaints there! I really like the fact that they are gated. When I was looking for an apartment, I found that they were the only gated community in Owasso which made me feel more secure being that I have children. I also noticed that they were the newest and that they were much cleaner looking than all the other properties in Owasso which played a huge part in my decision making. I give Preston Lakes Apartments and overall rating of 5 stars!!! This property and staff deserve to be recognized for all that you do!
