Nothing fancy at all in terms of layout. Tiny kitchen; if you're a serious cook you'll end up frustrated after your second or third attempts. Laundry appliances are in the kitchen area. Never saw any mice, but roaches are a problem...however, apartment management does come around and spray about every other month.
