Review for Avondale Apartments

I only lived here for 3 months during 2003 because of a special lease I worked out with the office ladies for a summer semester, but I would have loved to live here longer. The maintenance guys and office ladies were all very nice and helpful. My dishwasher stopped working and the maintenance guy fixed it no problem. The same thing happened with my garbage disposal. I lived in a junior apt and it was cozy with a low rent. The area it's located in is wonderful. Everything you could possibly need is nearby. It's really close to Oral Roberts Univ, and just a couple minutes from a major highway. Can't say enough good things about this place!
