I lived there from 2001 to 2004 and the air went out in 2004, and i heard again in 2005 and now 2006?? You guys need to call channel 2! The pools were never open, the office manager at the time totally sucked and nothing ever got fixed. I refused to have an a/c unit put into my SIDE TO SIDE sliding window. Someone could just take it out and climb right on in, with my husband on graveyard?? I dont think so! We had roaches so bad and ants! My downstairs neighbors made my FLOOR rattle (all the appartment around me were empty). I could hear *Everything from them*.
Took them 4 months to fix a stupid pair of window blinds. They never fixed that staircase and I was always afraid my daughter was going to fall off the side because all there was was a gap.
I asked for them to clean my carpets when my lease got renewed and they never got around to it...then i asked for it again at the NEXT renewal...STILL nothing. After renewing my lease 3 TIMES i still didn't have my carpet shampooed. They told me it's because they only do so many a month and it depends on when you renewed...so if you were one of the last people to renew, you may or may not have your carpet shampooed.
Say what?? Unreal but true.
They say they check people before they move in, I highly doubt it. My husband works at 911 and I know/knew exactly what went on in that place. Rapes, murders, people shooting guns in the ceilings and almost going through to the apartment above, drug deals (we had people knocking on our door at all hours when we first moved in..should have gotten the hint then).
Get out while you can!
