I never sleep. I am pregnant and have a family, but I hear my neighbors on both sides and upstairs at all hours, throwing things around from 1-3 AM. People do drugs across the way and also deal in the alley. I came here because I thought the apartments "look" pretty--they have a Tudor style. But inside, the fixtures don't work. I called 10 times about noise and nothing was done; in fact, my reports were lost. The dishwasher never worked. The electricity in one room was not fixed for SEVEN MONTHS. And the closet doors don't work. When a workman came to "fix" them all he did was put ONE on upside-down. They are SLUM LORDS. If there is a tenant's union I am going to find it and hopefully sue these people.
