Every maintance report & complaint issued is never responded too in a timeley manner. When it is, the job has been completed by the tenant or is left up to security and police. The management here is a non-careing staff who makes promises they can not keep! The record keeping is a mess! They do not know when the monies have been paid by the tenant or how much! They're quick to file an eviction for non-payment! What's up with that!
