We have lived here 2 years and things were great at the beginning. Now, maintenance is slow in fixing everything. It took them 4 months to fix my blinds!
They never call me back when I leave a message.
Security patrol doesn't patrol all that much, it was better when they used police officers who lived on site. (i don't think any do anymore).
Getting noisier and noisier.
