I have lived here for the past 2.5 years just because I was a student and this place is all bills paid. For the past 2 summers we have had our house flooded and it takes them a month to fix it. I have had my cielings leak and the A/C never works. In my apartment in the summer the lowest temperature is 82 degrees and the highest goes to about 95. They change managers almost every month. Since I have moved in this place I have met almost 9/10 managers. Their managers dont care as to maintenance request and have to be threatened to start work. Drugies raom the parking all throughout the night and I "think" almost everyone who lives here is a dopie.

In one word to describe this place: NIGHTMARE.
