I decided to go with them because it was affordable and the staff was really nice. Unfortunately a nice staff is not all you need to run a business. The staff messed up my whole application multiple times! First I was interested in an 827 sq foot apt. Somehow they accidently put down that I was interested in a 748 sq foot one. I corrected this 3 times! Once should have been enough but for some reason they couldn't get me down on the correct apartment. After I gave them my security deposit for the 827 sq ft apt, I get ready to move in, I have all my stuff packed up in boxes and I sign the lease, I walk in to the 748 sq ft apt. I cancel the lease b/c it is not what I wanted and now they are saying that I cannot have my deposit back either! I put that deposit down on the 827 sq ft apt and correct them 3 different times. This staff obviously was not organized enough to handle a simple lease. Now they are also not professional enough to admit this mistake. I am forced to go to the BBB on this. I do not recommend this apt complex to anyone.
