Apartment Review for Barcelona Apartments

I have lived 1 year of **** at Barcelona. The Management is very bad-they do not care about tenants, and they do nothing about the tenants who are making trouble. The complex is very unsecure. I am a woman, and I feel very insecure about going downstairs (in fear of dangerous neighbors who live downstairs) at night. I have complained and complained, but no one seems to care. My car has been broken into. It is just a scary place to live. I think I would feel safer at a prison. Please do not rent from Barcelona or Case Management in that case. They do not care about their tenants. <P>
