This was the first time for me to rent an apartment. The staff was exteremly helpful. The maintenance was quick to reponsed to the very few problems I had. I always felt save. Never had any problems with noise or crime. I think it is a lot safer than it was a year ago. Things are improving greatly. Overall, it is a great place to live. <P>

I'VE LIVED HERE AT CANYON CREEK APTS. FOR SOME TIME NOW, THERE IS NEW DAY AND NIGHT SECURITY AND IT HAS MADE ME FEEL SAFE AND I DON'T SEE OR HEAR ABOUT ALL THOSE ISSUES THAT OTHER APTS HAVE . THE APT WAS CLEAN, AND THE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFULL IN GETTING ME APPROVED AND MOVED IN. ANY MAINTAINCE PROUBLEM THAT I'VE HAD WAS FIXED USUALLY BEFORE I RETURNED HOME.THIS IS A SAFE AND PROUBLEM FREE APTS. I WOULD NOT HAVE A PROUBLEM WITH ANY MEMBER OF MY FAMILY LIVING HERE AND REALLY HOPE THEY DO SOON.THANKS CANYON CREEK FOR EMPLOYING THE CALIBER OF MANAGMENT AND EMPLOYEE'S YOU DO. <P>

Good aptment overall. Maintaince is handeled promptly. Apt. was clean w/ new carpet. Cool neighbors for the most part.
