Apartment Review for Glenwood Apartments

The terrible Manager we had has left. YAY!! The new office staff are the greatest!! The maintenance however still sucks. The maintenance man comes to work everyday in shorts, t-shirt, and tennis shoes. He goes home every evening just as clean as when he arrived. A new assistant maintenance man was hired because the original guy won't get out of the visitor's chair in the office. The new guy comes to work dressed to work. He is pleasant and goes home completely worn out. Until ALL of the maintenance staff does what they are paid to do they get 1 star. The atmosphere here is 200% improved since the new manager took over. If you plan on moving in, you will enjoy it here, just bring tools and a "Do it yourself" hand book.
