manager doesn't know what's going on-or does he care?

this place is going downhill fast. the swimming pool situation is a disgrace. just today there were 4 car loads of people (not residents) who drove up to use the pool. it was so full of these folks no other residents could get in if they wanted to. also three residents in particular, go to the pool each day, staying several hours, drinking until they are falling down drunk. I wouldn't want to bring my grandchild here to swim. the manager never checks to see what is going on at the pool, he just stays in the office all day. used to be a nice place to live, but sadly it's going downhill really fast.

If unsupervised guests/nonresidents are using the pool, or if residents are acting inappropriately in the pool area, please notify the office immediately, while the people in question are there, and the issue will be resolved.
