Apartment Review for Galleria Apartments

I have noticed, within the past year, The Galleria is really going downhill.

One can tell that there really isn't any new money being spent on the complex.

Everything is.....OLD. Almost all A/C's at this complex are almost 30 years old.
(Trane 1984 models for most ALL units.

It is in a nice area, very affluent, but OLD, thus the rent is commensurate with what you get.

It was a GREAT place to live, but now I am thinking about moving SOON!

Moreover, if more research is done about the owners - Newport Property Ventures -
owned by former baseball player A-ROD, they are having a lot of bad press
with other properties.

Just google Newport Property Ventures Complaints - or lawsuits.
It seems their Tampa, FL property has violated 25 city codes.

The foundation of the property was at one time, one in a million; today,
take my word for it..like my title states....it is going DOWNHILL...and FAST.

I would find something NEW, where you can tell money is going into it.
