Apartment Reviews for One Eton Square - Tulsa

Hi, I just wanted to say the girls in the office are not mean at all. They are very nice & attentive. I did have a couple of problem when I first moved in, but that could happen @ any apartment or house you move into. When I brought it to the ladies in the leasing office, they were on it right way. Most problems get fixed the same day or the next. The only delay I had is when they had to call some one to fix a leak in the roof, but that was taken care of quickly. The bottom line is I wrote this to defend the ladies in the leasing office because they are very very nice and attentive to the residents needs. <P>
No roaches or rodents in this place. I did see a Big spider, but I killed it. That was it. The parking here may be bad depending upon which building you live in. But we all need to walk a little more. If you are considering moving here, ask the ladies which buildings have bad parking & they will tell you. <P>

great layout of floor plan. like mirror in dining room. got all of my deposit back and the place didnt look that good when left.management is awesome. clubhouse is nice. a little over priced. great hang out. pools great. mantenance not the most responsive and doesn't completely resolve issue. other then that from what i hear not the best place to have a family lot of young adults but a great location in tulsa. <P>
