Apartment Review for Overlook Apartments

I've been living here for nearly two years. I will not be renewing my lease this coming month for a few reasons. First of all, the staff are seriously lacking in professionalism and competence. I have made numerous SMALL request for things to be fixed or replaced and NONE of them have been done. My door handle was broken for nearly six months and they finally fixed it after I went into the office and caused a scene! Ridiculous, I know! You would have better luck buying do-it-yourself maintenance manuals than relying on the so-called maintenance staff to fix anything. I'm not exactly sure where they get their staff but I've seen more competent and professional people in kindergarten! Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT become a tenant here! Because if you do, you will regret it. Trust me!
