Apartment Review for The Falls

The Falls sucks! Don't rent from them, you will regret it. <P>
It started the day we moved in. The AC was broke and one of the rooms had dirt all over the window sills. We asked them to fix the AC. It took them 3 days, and then they didn't even fix it all the way. There was still a leak. We also asked them to fix two of the sliding glass doors, the disposal and the upstairs toilet. The toilet was the only thing that got fixed and that took them two weeks to show up. <P>
Parking was atrocious! Not only was it difficult to actually find a spot relatively close to the apartment, but it was hard to manuever due to the lack of space. <P>
The staff was rude and not easy to reach. They were also dishonest. <P>
Oh, and certain pizza places won't deliver there after dark because there have been so many delivery persons mugged. <P>
If you rent from them, be cautious. Document everything, anytime you ask for any kind of service or maintenance, have a witness. Demand a reciept when you pay rent. <P>
