Apartment Review for The Lakes

The Lakes Apartments are under new management. They have began renovations of the complex. They have replaced windows. Replaced the rotting wood exteriors. And are painting the buildings for a great updated look. We have lived here for 2 years and this is the first renovations we have seen. The new maintenance team is awesome as well. Fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are tackeling the list of repairs we have built up over 2 years but had given up hope they would ever get done. That is until we saw what the new owners were doing with the property. Great location. Great Management.
