Apartment Review for The Legacy At Riverside

The lease with this Apartment was probably the worst I have ever experienced. The inexpensive rent was very attractive, but then I came to realize the terrible shape this place is in. Management changed over during my 1 year at the place and all were very uncooperative and rude. The property is a dump. The website indicates a 3.2 million dollar renovation...I think that is rubbish. The parking lots are cluttered with trash and broken down cars. And to add insult to injury during the time I was moving my U-haul was stolen.
