Apartment Review for Waterstone Apartments

My apartment sucked. I made the mistake of not viewing the actual apartment before signing the lease. They showed me a next door apartment. They said mine wasn't ready yet. Immediately upon entering my new place I smelled the stink. The carpet had numerous urine and feces stains in it that had gone to the pad. So having the carpet cleaned didn't help much. Also the air from the vents smelled bad. The people who work there are nice but when I needed something fixed, unless it was something that would affect the value of the apartment, it remained unfixed. Waterstone is next to some low income, project, ghetto apt's. So crime is also an issue.
The only good thing is it's close proximity to Riverside. Check it out. You might like it. Not for me though.
