Our Review for Waterstone Apartments
Waterstone Apartments are a short drive down the Arkansas River from downtown Tulsa. The complex is right around the corner from Johnson Park, as well as R&R Food Store, allowing residents to take full advantage of its convenient location. Situated near Waterstone Apartments are a variety of eateries, such as Braum’s Ice Cream and Dairy Store, Outback Steakhouse, and La Flama Mexican Restaurant. Two movie theaters are within five miles of the property. Reviewers are frustrated with the Waterstone’s pest issue, but maintenance is aware of the situation.

I moved in this past weekend and I love it. My favorites are 1. Newer cabinets, countertops, carpet, and tile. 2. The customer service 3. The maintenance is excellent! 4. Armed security officers that are helpful and 5. I only pay electric. No other utilities!
Waterstone is great and I'm glad I live here.
