Apartment Reviews for Westminster Apartments - Tulsa

A friend living here told me about this site and frankly, after reading the reviews, it made me embarrassed to be living here. However, as I have not had any of the problems that others reported, I felt that I should write an honest review so that others will not be afraid to live here. First of all, they changed management staff out a few months back and I although I did not have any serious issues before, I and others living here have noticed an improvement in most everything. The new management changed pest control contractors and security contractors, both are much improved. Management checks up on maintenance to make sure we are happy with their work. They have a man that is constantly out cleaning up the grounds, it's a shame that some residents keep throwing trash down. The new management has told us that they will start working on the outside again this spring, which is needed, but the units and rents are very decent and I do not feel unsafe or unhappy living here. I thought others should know this so that they don't think those of us living here agree with their viewpoint.

People stay away,, i lived ther for a year, i seen 5 cars get broke into, 2 cars just vandaized for no reason, Not to mention someone was shot in the head on a sunday, miday and was dumped right on my front doorsteps and nobody seen nothin, i was on the other side of the house bbqin and i her gunshots,, then i go around soem guy had to bullet shots in his head,,, people please stay away
