Apartment Review for Windsail Apartments

The staff is terrible. They didn't give us back 75% of our deposit because of stains UNDER the carpet. How ridiculous. I knew these places didnt like giving people their money back but seriously.. we cleaned the place from top to bottom with freakin toothbrushes! Only to be accused of having pets (when i'm allergic) and talked to like children when we left. that place is such a crock. They refused to fix our a.c. right so for about 6 months our electric bill was $215.00!! It was insane. not to mention when we moved in the wallpaper in the bathroom was shredded in places and their worried about stains under the carpet referring to them as "urine stains" when in reality its where i doused the carpet with spot remover before shamppoing it! They gave us back less than two hundred dollars and I literally spent more on that c;eaning the carpets replacing the drip pans on the range, buying spackle, new blinds, and cleaning supplies. What a scam. DON'T live here. If your neighbors harrass you or key your car because you had to complain on their noise, they won't care! Oh yeah and the parking is terrible. My brand new cars doors are so dinged it's comical. The pool sucks too. Its always overly crowded because it's tiny!Vandilism here is horrific!
