Apartment Review for Devonshire Manor

One year in this **** hole. I HATED IT. They have PREDATORY TOWING. RETRIEVER towing patrols the lots regularly and give ZERO notice, they just tow cars. They screwed me out of $275. (a law was just passed banning this) Management doesn't care. NO guest parking. I got hit with a late fee for being less than 24 hours late on my rent, and the manager had plenty of notice and said don't worry about it. I called the property manager to complain and he would not return my call. Clearly he doesn't care. On my move out, they took $370 from my deposit because he decided they wanted to paint my unit and everything needed to be cleaned. IT DID NOT NEED EITHER!!! It WAS clean. I have not one good word to say about this place. The manager admitted they are losing tenants left and right. I wonder why... I made a HUGE mistake and didn't look for reviews on Devonshire before I moved in and it cost me. PREDATORY TOWING, BONUS FEES, management doesn't care.
