we have lived here since jan,2005, they have gone quite few manager and maintenance, they management company, we were managed by princeton, now it is c and r realestate services, and they are geting the neccessary repairs done and doing some upgrades since energy eficient shower headsin the bathroom ,aerators in bathroom and kitchen sinks,andcfl lights. as part of upgrades that will be performed ,on the property. the only noise i hear is from our upstair neighbors who have 2 young boys, that get noisy before they get ready for bed, or have company.
