Apartment Reviews for Aloha Crest
Horrible

Clearly the good review is from the management. This complex is horrible. They never fix anything. If you turn in a maintenance request they either will never get to it or they will take months! The mold in the units is horrible, the pool is filthy, they were forced to shut the pool down because of the uncleanliness of it. The assistant managers do nothing. They only care about getting their free apartment. The owners are rude, the sons don't know their ***** from a hole in the ground and the turnover of tenants is outrageous. There have been tenants that left within weeks of moving in. You have to have a parking permit and when you first move in sometimes they will "forget" to give you your permanent permit and they will give you a temp. one and they will "forget" to come by and surprise, your car is towed, and you have to pay! Do not move in here!

Curious that these negative comments are always negative! This complex is not new, but it is definitely cheap. My apartment does not have mold, but there are tenants who create mold where ever they go if you know what I mean. If this place is so horrible I question why this guy is staying! Some people just want to hurt others. Whatever.

Only YOU the so called manager, Chris, create mold in your dumpy ass apartments. I would be ashamed knowing that this is your legacy
Most of the people liven there now are illegal our can't afford to move!!! But that's okay their is a Lawyer to help!!! The way u treat your tents are wrong so stop blaming the tenants for u being Lazy Landlords and not fixing and remodeling these run down apartments.

How appropriate, Chris Nelson doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground... well, neither does his brother Scott or his mom Patsy.... the only semi-sane one in the bunch is Gary, but he seems to have delegated responsibility to the wrong people. And yes, the place is filled with illegals or people who can't afford to live any where else, it's just sad that the owners take advantage of this.
Properly registered tenant vehicles are issued permanent parking permits and are never towed. Temporary parking permits are issued as an accomodation to allow tenants to get copies of their registrations to the main office, if they can not produce their registrations at move-in. Temporary permits are just that. They expire. The responsibility for expiration of a Temporary permit is the tenants. We are sorry you forgot to follow through and experienced a tow. It is for security reasons that the parking lot is permit only. Thank you for your concerns. The Nelson Family
