Nice small complex, only 32 units, which is hard to find! They have an outdoor summer pool, with a nice deck and tables and chairs, our unit has a washer and dryer in the unit, which I love, and the mailboxes are inside the laundry facilities. Which is great in the winter! Assigned parking, two spaces came with our two bedroom, but what I wanted to comment on was the manager. Rene is so nice, and we had some trouble with our neighbors, who brought a pit bull onto the property shortly after we moved in, and I was terrified. Rene got ahold of the owners, and I guess they got their lawyer, but those people with the pitbull were gone in less than 2 weeks. Somebody who cares.

And the pool is disgusting all the time, the laundry room never is in full working order. Rene is not nice, he is just as scandalous as the owners. This review was clearly done by Rene or his wife.

Obviously this was written by someone on their staff. Rene is a joke and isn't even there anymore. Nice try, these buildings are garbage.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE SO-CALLED "APARTMENTS"!! YOU WILL BE SORRY, THE PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SLUM!! But, this is why the monthly rent is so low, it's the only way they can attract people(suckers) to move in. Then, once you're there, you are forgotten. You are only "monthly rent". They could care less about their renters. In all the apartments that I have lived in, even throughout my college years, this place is without a doubt, the WORST!! The owners are "slum-lords", and like others have written are extremely rude. When contacted, you are treated as though you are "bothering" them, and then they just pass the buck. They do the absolute minimum they have to do, then leave whatever they were doing in a mess, not even half finished. This not only is true for basic inside maintenance, but also outside basic upkeep. All the paint is falling off, the gutters are all plugged so when it rains, the buildings are surrounded by a moat of water which just seeps under the buildings thus causing the excess mold in every apartment. Steer clear of this complex and the owners, DO NOT rent from them ANYWHERE, you will regret it, sorry.

Well, it would seem, you get what you pay for. Time to move?
